About us

Our vision is to give smaller companies access to a monthly financial overview for professionally grounded business decisions — at a level usually available mainly to larger systems.

We believe that a good business idea needs more than filed tax calculations to grow. It needs well-organised documents, clear data, timely alerts, and someone who can translate numbers into useful information.

Without a monthly overview, entrepreneurs often make decisions by instinct, without seeing in time where their business is actually heading.

That is why at S-TEAM we understand accounting more broadly: as a foundation for better insight, better decisions, and higher-quality business development.

Our Story Through 4 Generations

A personal approach, family responsibility, and experience that extends from the local environment to support more demanding business, tax, process, and international challenges.

Franc Schmit
1965 - 1979

Franc (Rado) Schmit

The beginning of our family accounting story in the local environment.

After his career as a commercial professional, Franc Schmit continued as a trusted support to smaller private businesses in local accounting matters. His work was marked by a personal approach, precision, reliability, and client relationships built on knowledge and trust. With him began the family story of passing on accounting knowledge, which developed and expanded with each following generation.

Rozalija Schmit
1975 - 2000

Rozalija Schmit

Development of an accounting service for entrepreneurs, institutions, and companies during the growth of small business.

With Slovenia’s independence and the rise of small entrepreneurship, Rozalija Schmit built an accounting service that went beyond supporting individual local entrepreneurs. Her work included payroll, business records, tax returns and reports, and accounting support for entrepreneurs, institutions, and companies. This developed the family’s accounting knowledge into broader professional support for the local business environment.
